This spot is awesome. We stopped by randomly on the way to the local airport to drop off a family member and this spot is a little gem. It's totally classic - looks like it is straight out of 1957. It's attached and open to the local hardware store, even more iconic. You get the smell of breakfast and all the perfectly American smells of the hardware shop. The staff was super friendly. Both of the young ladies that took care of us were top notch. Service as good as the ambiance. And the food was perfect. Just a great spot. In a time where big chains are failing (deserving) this place makes you feel proud to be a small town American.

My husband and I stopped into Jax Diner for breakfast while visiting my family and I could not be more pleased with everything they have to offer. They were so busy but the girls taking care of the tables were so friendly and efficient; they always made a little time to chit chat with every table they served which was so refreshing to see in a fast paced environment. The food was so nostalgic and exactly what you expect from a homestyle, fresh made breakfast. The prices were absolutely fair and the best we have seen in a while.

Cute, clean, courteous! My husband and I had a friend visit from out of town so we decided to check out this diner for breakfast. Best idea!! The 50s coca cola aestetic is so well done. The atomsphere is very clean and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly. We ordered a veggie omelet with cheese, short stack pancakes, gravy and biscuits with potatoes... a.m.a.z.i.ng. The portion sizes are very fair for the cost. I can't wait to go back to try more items on the menu!

I just visited Jax diner for the first time! It was a delight! It was so nostalgic, but very well kept and clean. The service was splendid, and the food was magnificent! The way the diner was designed and built was very traditional for the era intended. Even down to the serving utensils it was traditional and what you would see in an old diner 60 years ago.

A classic American dinner! What a fantastic nostalgic interior, super clean and bright. The staff was friendly and fairly attentive. Everything was freshly made and they had several items that are made in house (marmalade, strawberry jam, biscuits, sausage gravy, and chipped beef)
The mushroom omelette had fresh sautéed mushrooms which were delicious.

I think this place is going to do well.
The goods are simple menu, reasonable priced, good service, better than typical coffee at these kind of diners. Overall the food is average which isn't a bad thing!
I have no Real complaints. They have just opened so I believe after they work out the typical growing pains this is going to be a great spot.
I'll give an updated review in a little while.
